Have your say!

DAG encourages discussion and debate on a range of topical issues in urban development, land management and housing. We facilitate regular events to encourage broad participation of civil society in local decision making, as well as an online forum to support ongoing engagement.

DAG facilitates quarterly seminars on topical issues within urban development with representatives from local and provincial government, civil society including community groups, academic institutions and other stakeholders.

These events provide a regular platform to share lessons, disseminate research, debate and build understanding and capacity on urban land management, housing and urban development. Friends of DAG seminars provide an opportunity for local government to provide open, accessible information on policy and practice, and for civil society to actively engage in the issues concerned.
